Welcome to Orchestra & Ukulele Classes

WELCOME BACK (2021-2022!)

Parents & Students, 

Welcome to the Orchestra of either S.J. Welsh Middle or A.M. Barbe High School, or even the 7th Grade Ukulele Enrichment of S.J. Welsh for the new school year of 2021-2022.

We cannot wait until school gets started - such an exciting year ahead and SO EXCITED to receive & regain our bonafide Barbe Orchestra back this year!!!

We will be refraining from collecting any fees until after September 7th (after Labor Day), but will all be due prior to the closing of the 1st 9 Weeks (October 19, 2021). 

Ukulele Class will owe a class fee of $10.

Colt String Orchestra will owe a class fee of $50. Further purchases of t-shirts, decals, jackets will be explained in class/or see orchestra handbook.

Buccaneer Orchestra will owe a class fee of $100. Further purchases of t-shirts, decals, jackets will be explained in class/or see orchestra handbook.

Barbe Ladies (9-12) will need to remit $69 for their concert orchestra dress (unless you already have one that fits).

Barbe Men (9-12) will need to remit $3 for their concert bow ties.

See you soon & NO Instruments for at least the first 2-4 days.

Further details & materials will be discussed on a class by class basis the first day(s).

*** If you are an incoming freshman to Barbe on up to a senior, we will be hosting an LMEA All-State Orchestra music workshop, new music towards year - THIS MON AUG 9th 1:00-3:30 (SJ Welsh - Rm 302) - See you then!
